We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Autotoys. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your product according to the conditions below.

1. Return conditions

  • Return period : You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  • Condition of the product : The product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Damaged or incomplete products cannot be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase : Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with your return shipment.

2. Returns Procedure

  1. Contact us : Send an email to [your email address] with your order number and the product you wish to return.
  2. Send the product : Once you receive a confirmation from us, you can return the product to the specified return address. The shipping costs for the return shipment are at your own expense, unless it concerns a warranty or incorrectly delivered product.
  3. Confirmation of receipt : As soon as we have received and checked the product, you will receive a confirmation.

3. Refund

  • Processing Time : After receiving the return, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refund Period : The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Shipping Costs : Any original shipping costs will not be refunded.

4. Exceptions

Unfortunately, products that have been used, damaged or custom made cannot be returned.

5. Warranty claims

For products that are defective or do not function properly, our warranty applies. In that case, please contact our customer service via info@auto-toys.nl, for support and possibly starting a warranty procedure.
