General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases and deliveries of Autotoys . They are an addition to the text registered with the Chamber of Commerce. If there is a difference between these conditions and the filed version, the general terms and conditions as registered with the Chamber of Commerce apply.
Warranty conditions
Autotoys offers a guarantee on products for malfunctions or defects that are attributable to the product itself and that occur within the guarantee period. Damage caused by external factors or external influences is not covered by the guarantee.
Situations in which the warranty does not apply:

External Influences : Damage caused by external factors may adversely affect the operation of the product and is not covered by the warranty. Examples of such damage are:
- Sand particles : Sand that ends up in or on the product, for example during outdoor activities, can cause scratches or other damage.
- Drop and Impact Damage : Damage caused by drops or impacts, such as breaks or cracks, may be visible on the outside and may cause internal damage to the product's technology.
- Moisture and Water Damage : Exposure to moisture can cause damage that is sometimes not immediately visible. This can occur through contact with splashes of water or spilled drinks, or through condensation due to temperature differences.
Please note: Damage caused by moisture and water is considered external damage and therefore not covered by the warranty. We advise to use products carefully and take precautions to avoid moisture damage.
Water Damage Repairs
Autotoys does not offer a repair service for water damage. If there is moisture damage, we will work with the customer to find a suitable solution.

1.1. This website is operated by Autotoys. By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.2. Autotoys reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly for changes.
2. Products and Services
2.1. We strive to describe all products accurately and present them as completely as possible. However, errors in prices, descriptions or images are not excluded. In the event of such errors, we reserve the right to correct or cancel orders.
2.2. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated separately and stated during the checkout process.
2.3. Product availability may vary and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1. Orders are deemed to be binding once they have been confirmed by Autotoys via an order confirmation.
3.2. Payments can be made via the payment methods indicated on our website. All payments must be made in full before products are shipped.
3.3. Autotoys reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a problem with the payment or if the ordered products are not available.
4. Delivery
4.1. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, subject to product availability. Autotoys is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as issues with the carrier or customs.
4.2. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. Please ensure that you enter a correct and complete address to avoid any problems with the delivery.
5. Returns Policy
5.1. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
5.2. Returns must be reported in advance in writing to Autotoys. After approval you will receive instructions for returning the product.
5.3. The costs for return shipments are for the account of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. As soon as the product is received in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
6. Warranty
6.1. All products come with a legal guarantee, which means that the product must meet the expectations that the consumer may reasonably have of it.
6.2. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, you can contact our customer service for a replacement or repair, depending on the nature of the problem.
7. Liability
7.1. Autotoys is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of data as a result of the use of our products or website.
7.2. In no event will our total liability for damages exceed the amount you paid for the products.
